Up Chief Minister mass marriage scheme: It is going to be even more respectable and easier to yellow the hands of daughters in Uttar Pradesh. The Yogi government has not almost doubled the budget of the Chief Minister’s Group Marriage Scheme, now one lakh rupees per marriage.

Not only ₹ 51,000, now every marriage will get full ₹ 1 lakh cooperation
Till now there was a provision of ₹ 51,000 per marriage under this scheme, but now it has been increased to ₹ 1 lakh. Out of this, an amount of ₹ 60,000 will be directly transferred to the girl’s bank account, while ₹ 25,000 gift material and ₹ 15,000 will be given in the event expenses.
Gift will get everything from lehenga, anklets to trolley bags
The list of gift materials given by the government has also been made more attractive and useful than before:
- 5 saree-blouse, lehenga, chunari, other garments for the bride
- Pant-shirt cloth for the groom
- Silver anklets and nettle, bed set, dry fruit, sweets, trolley bags etc.
Gonda district got a target of 722 weddings
This time Gonda district has been given a target of 722 weddings. According to Social Welfare Officer SP Singh, marriage programs will be completed according to the auspicious time in municipalities and blocks.

Under Chief Minister Group Marriage Scheme:
- The minimum age of the girl should be 18 years and the boy should be 21 years old
- In the scheme, the destitute girl, the daughter of the widow woman, the daughter of the disabled is given priority.
- Widow and differently -abled are also preferred in the scheme
