The Bar Council of India has taken strict action against Rakesh Kishore, a shoe on CJI BR Gawai. Their license has been suspended. He will not be able to enter the Supreme Court or any other court as a lawyer.
Chief Justice Br Gavai: The shoe was thrown on the Chief Justice (CJI) BR Gawai of India on Monday morning. A lawyer named Rakesh Kishore tried to kill CJI with a shoe. Taking action in this regard, the Bar Council of India has suspended Rakesh Kishore’s license with immediate effect. Now he will not be able to step into the Supreme Court as a lawyer.
Rakesh Kishore has been banned from advocating in any court across the country till further disciplinary action. A show show cause notice will be issued, in which the advocate will have to respond within 15 days of receiving the order, in which it will have to be explained why the suspension should not be continued and further action should be taken.

A show cause notice has been given against Rakesh Kishore. They have been asked to respond within 15 days. The lawyer has been asked why their suspension should not be continued. Why further action should not be taken against them.
The Delhi Bar Council has been directed to implement the order without any delay. This includes updating the status of the lawyer to its official list and informing all the courts and tribunals coming under their jurisdiction.
Rakesh Kishore said-India will not tolerate insult to Sanatan Dharma
Let me tell you that a drama took place in the Supreme Court on Monday morning when a lawyer Rakesh Kishore tried to throw a shoe on CJI during the hearing. When Rakesh Kishore was taken out of the courtroom, he shouted, “India will not tolerate insult to Sanatan Dharma.”

Kishore was immediately taken into custody after this drama in the court room. Despite the uproar, the presiding Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna with Justice Vinod Chandran remained calm and continued the proceedings without stopping. He said, “Don’t get distracted by all this. These things do not impress me. Keep the hearing.”
