Chicken Masala Dosa
Material
- 2 cups dosa batter
- 1 cup boiled and chopped chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- salt as per taste
- Oil
How to make Chicken Masala Dosa (Step by Step)
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
- Add tomatoes and spices and add chicken. Cook for 5–7 minutes.
- Spread dosa batter on the pan.
- Place chicken masala in the center and fold the dosa.

Egg Dosa
Material
- 2 cups dosa batter
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 chopped green chilli
- freshly ground black pepper
- Salt

How to make Egg Dosa
- Spread dosa batter on the pan.
- Break an egg and spread it on top.
- Sprinkle onion, green chillies, salt and pepper.
- Add some oil, cover and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Fold and serve when slightly crisp.

Material
2 cups dosa batter
- 1 cup chicken or mutton mince
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- Salt
- Oil
How to make Keema Dosa
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions.
- Add ginger-garlic paste.
- Add mince and spices and cook until water evaporates.
- Spread dosa on the pan.
- Place the prepared mincemeat in the center and fold it.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
