Lucknow. Rajkumar Mehta, father of the deceased, has expressed satisfaction over the prompt action taken by the Yogi government in the case of the death of engineer Yuvraj Mehta in Noida. He said that the formation of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) by the government has given him hope for justice and he is confident that his son’s soul will definitely get justice.

Rajkumar Mehta said that the way the Yogi government has taken the matter seriously and taken immediate steps has given him hope for justice. He expressed confidence that the investigation will be fair and the culprits will be punished.
Necessary security arrangements made at the scene
According to the father of the deceased, all necessary security measures have been ensured at the spot to prevent recurrence of the incident. He said that the government has also assured that concrete steps will be taken to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
Desire to meet Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath
Rajkumar Mehta has expressed his desire to meet Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath once. He said that he will get mental peace after meeting the Chief Minister. He also said that he has been assured of all possible cooperation from the government.
3 member SIT is investigating the case
Taking cognizance of this incident in Noida, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday gave instructions for immediate action. He formed a 3-member SIT under the leadership of ADG Zone Meerut. This team will complete the investigation within 5 days and submit the report to the Chief Minister.
Accused builder Abhay Kumar arrested
Taking swift action in the case, the police arrested the named accused builder Abhay Kumar on Tuesday. He is the CEO of real estate company MZ Visiontown Planners Limited. An FIR has been registered against him under serious sections like negligence, culpable homicide and endangering life.
Strict action even at administrative level
Yogi government has adopted a tough stance at the administrative level also. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Noida Authority has been removed from the post. Earlier, Traffic Cell’s Junior Engineer Naveen Kumar was also dismissed with immediate effect. This action reflects the zero tolerance policy of the government.
