Noida Traffic Parking Update: Noida authority is set to come up with an automated puzzle parking facility near Fortis Hospital in Sector 62 at a cost of Rs 23 crore, jagran.com reported.
Noida Automated Puzzle Parking Functioning
The parking will have four floors and a capacity of 100 vehicles. Apart from this, puzzle parking has also been considered at two other places. The authority itself will construct the parking, while a company will be selected for its operation.
The automated puzzle parking will be like a puzzle game. It will have many stands and parking slots. These will be movable up, down, right and left.
For instance, a car comes for parking. It is parked on the stand on the ground. The car has to be parked on the fourth floor. In such a case, the entire stand will rise up along with the car through the sensor and will go and set it on the fourth floor.
It comes down in the same way. This entire work is done through machines. That is why sensors have been installed in it. If a child or animal enters the parking lot by mistake, the car will automatically stop where it is.

This entire parking is sensor based. Hence there is no risk of theft or breakage and not much manpower is required for the operation.
“Puzzle parking has become necessary for Noida. There is a plan to build such parking in crowded areas here. Right now it will be built near Fortis Hospital in Sector-62. A company will be selected for its operation,” said Dr Lokesh M, CEO, Noida Authority, as quoted by jagran.com.
