Ingredients of Gajar Jamun
You will need approximately 300 grams of carrots, 5-6 spoons of semolina (for binding), 6-7 dates, two spoons of desi ghee, half liter milk, 1 cup milk powder, 1 spoon of green cardamom powder, 8-10 cashews, 8-10 almonds, 8-10 pistachios. Now know how to make Fusion Gulab Jamun.
Fusion Gulab Jamun Recipe
- First of all, cut the carrots into small pieces and then remove the seeds from the dates. Grind both the things in a grinder and make a smooth paste.
- Put one to one and a half teaspoon of desi ghee in a pan, add carrot paste and fry for some time. Add semolina to it and fry it on low flame while stirring till it becomes a little dry.
- When the moisture of the carrot and semolina mixture dries up, add cardamom powder and a little milk to it. You have to cook it again until it dries.
- In this way your Gulab Jamun dough will be ready. Apply ghee on your hands and make small balls out of it. Keep in mind that there should not be cracks in it.

- Heat milk in a deep pan and add milk powder to it. While stirring, let it come to a boil. During this, also add some cardamom powder.
- After it comes to a boil, add the prepared carrot balls to it and let it boil for some time so that the milk reaches inside.
- Add chopped almonds, pistachios, cashews to these fusion gulab jamuns and serve them hot, which tastes amazing.
- In this way, your Gulab Jamuns will be prepared without frying, without flour and without sugar, in which there is no lack of sweetness.
