Airlines explained the reason for protest

Government interference in decisions like rent is not right
Federation of Indian Airlines also said that allotment of seats and fixing of ticket prices is a commercial decision of the airlines and government interference in this is not right. He has also raised questions on the role of Directorate General of Civil Aviation. This is the reason why a distance has arisen between the government and the airlines due to the introduction of these guidelines.
Airlines claim that they were not even discussed properly before implementing this rule. He has demanded the government to withdraw this decision, because it may lead to more government interference in the functioning of airlines in future.
