Nitish Kumar will become CM of Bihar for the 10th time, BJP-JDU fixed the formula of 7 to make ministers.

After victory in Bihar, Nitish Kumar will become the Chief Minister for the 10th time and will take oath on the 20th. BJP-JDU will have equal number of ministers and 2 Deputy Chief Ministers in the NDA government. RJD has got the post of leader of opposition, while after the defeat, discord in Lalu’s family has increased.

Patna: After winning the landslide victory in Bihar elections, Nitish Kumar is preparing to take power as Chief Minister for the tenth time. Nitish Kumar government will take oath on 20th (Thursday) of this month. Nitish has been elected the leader of the legislature party. With this, Nitish Kumar is creating a record in Indian political history, which very few people can claim. This is the first time in the country that a person has reached the post of Chief Minister so many times.

NDA, which is moving ahead with the aim of forming the government in Bihar, is solving the seat distribution without any dispute. By adopting the formula of one minister for every seven MLAs, BJP and JDU will have equal number of ministers in the government. Nitish Kumar will become the Chief Minister. At the same time, it has been agreed to give one Deputy Chief Minister post to Lok Janshakti Party and keep the other Deputy Chief Minister post with BJP. The names of BJP’s Ram Kripal Yadav and LJP’s Raju Tiwari are under consideration for the post of Deputy Chief Minister. BJP and JDU leaders have instructed all the newly elected MLAs to stay in Patna only. Nitish Kumar will meet the Governor today or tomorrow after dissolving the current government.

RJD will get the post of leader of opposition. Any party gets the post of Leader of the Opposition only if it wins 10% of the total 243 seats. With RJD getting 25 seats, Bihar was saved from the situation where there was no opposition leader. The Election Commission has given clarification on the presence of 3 lakh additional voters in the final list released after SIR. The clarification is that the opportunity to add names to the voter list was given till 10 days before filing the nomination. Earlier there were 7.42 crore voters in the final list. In the list released on November 12, this number increased to 7.45 crore, which is the basis for suspicion of manipulation by opposition parties.

Discord in Lalu Prasad’s family after defeat

After the defeat in Bihar, the discord between RJD and Lalu Prasad’s family has intensified. Three more daughters of Lalu Prasad have left the house criticizing Tejashwi Yadav. Chanda, Rajlakshmi and Ragini reveal that the issues raised by Rohini Arya are true. At the same time, Tejashwi Yadav did not react to these allegations.
