Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman performed Aarti of Lord Shri Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, had darshan of Maa Durga and performed Rudrabhishek at Kuber Tila. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust welcomed him and shared information about the construction of the temple.

Ayodhya, 9 October. Thursday was a very auspicious day in the city of Ayodhya, which is called the cultural capital of India. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman along with her family performed the Aarti of Lord Shri Ram Lalla and visited Shri Ram Darbar and Maa Durga. After this, he also performed Rudrabhishek of Devadhidev Mahadev located at Kuber Tila.

During this, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust Champat Rai took the Finance Minister on a tour of the temple complex and shared important information related to the construction work. Seeing the grand appearance of the temple, Nirmala Sitharaman expressed a feeling of pride and faith.

At the time of Aarti, the court of Shri Ramlala was filled with devotion and reverence. The cool breeze coming from the banks of Saryu and the melodious sound of bhajans echoing in the temple premises made the atmosphere even more sacred. After lighting the lamp, the Finance Minister along with the devotees chanted “Jai Shri Ram”. The whole atmosphere echoed with the chants of Ram’s name.

Ayodhya is no longer just a city but has become a living symbol of India’s faith, culture and civilization. After the construction of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, the number of devotees from India and abroad coming here is continuously increasing. Every visitor can see here a unique confluence of Ramayana-era history and modern grandeur, which is establishing Ayodhya as a global spiritual center.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman was welcomed by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust with a bouquet. On this occasion, security of the temple complex, darshan arrangements and development plans were also discussed. Uttar Pradesh Finance Minister Suresh Khanna and Agriculture Minister and Ayodhya district in-charge Minister Surya Pratap Shahi were also present in the program.
