Why the journey from dowry demand to death?
Nikki’s mother says that Vipin Bhati, son -in -law at the wedding, was given a Scorpio car in dowry. Earlier, he demanded Swift Dzire. From time to time, he also kept asking for one lakh, two lakh rupees in cash. Even at his behest, the family bought him by purchasing a bullet bike. Mother alleges that “we fulfilled every demand, but still my daughter did not get rest.”

According to Greater Noida’s ADCP Sudhir Kumar, “On August 21, we received information from Fortis Hospital that a woman was admitted with severe jealousy. She was referred to Safdarjung when the condition deteriorated, but she died on the way.” The police have arrested husband Vipin, while the search for other accused is on.

Surprisingly, the accused husband Vipin Bhati has no regrets on his actions. When asked during custody, he clearly said, “I have no regrets. I did not kill her, she died herself. There are quarrels between husband and wife, it is very common.” According to the police, he also tried to escape while in custody, after which he was shot and caught. Nikki’s mother says that now she just needs justice. “Our daughter was burnt to death. We need blood in lieu of blood. Son -in -law, mother -in -law and father -in -law should be hanged.”
