Things remain tense after the temple-Makbara dispute in Fatehpur district of Uttar Pradesh. Security has been tightened at the rumor of the district and the situation is constantly being monitored. On August 11, there was a lot of uproar over the matter, after which the situation was feared deteriorating in the district. In view of this, the administration has deployed about 2000 policemen from 7 districts, Lucknow, Hamirpur, Banda, Chitrakoot, Kaushambi, Pratapgarh and Prayagraj in Fatehpur. The police have barricaded in the city at various places and have been guarded on all the routes leading to the mausoleum. PAC jawans are present with helmets and sticks and policemen equipped with smoke guns are monitoring every activity.
