Gujarat College Admission: A new animal medical college with 80 seats is going to be opened in Himmatnagar, Gujarat. Admission will be done in this college on the basis of NEET.
Gujarat veterinary college: Under the leadership of Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel, the state government is making various efforts for the convenience of the student and the happiness and prosperity of common citizens. Based on this, another new facility has been given for the brilliant career of the students of the state. The Central Government has approved a new veterinary and animal husbandry college in Himmatnagar, Gujarat. The admission process for 80 seats in this college will start from next month.

In fact, a proposal was sent to the Central Government to open a new Kamadhenu Veterinary College in Himmatnagar under Kamdhenu University. After inspection and proper review by the Indian Veterinary Council (VCI) in this subject, permission has been given to start this college from this year.
How to get admission in college
After Anand, Navsari, Junagadh and Dantiwada, this is going to be the fifth college in the state for the education of Veterinary Medicine. After passing class 12, admission will be given in this college on the basis of NEET examination. Students can study Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSC) and Animal Husbandry (AH) degree course in this college. The appointment of adequate staff to start the course has been completed, including 01 principals, 04 professors, 07 Associate Professors, 34 Assistant Professors and 23 non-teaching staff.

Animal health fairs were started in Gujarat under the leadership of the then Chief Minister and present Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
