Latest dealer sighting reveals a red Karizma XMR 250 with white and black accents, following the white EICMA display bike and the black version spotted earlier this year.
Hero Karizma XMR 250 has been spotted at a dealer facility again, this time wearing a previously unseen red-dominant colour scheme. The latest spy shots offer a clear look at the fully-faired motorcycle, adding another colour combination to those seen during its appearances at exhibitions and dealerships. Hero Karizma XMR 250 Red Colour Spied
The sighting comes a few months after a .Hero is expected to launch the motorcycle in the coming months. Red is the primary colour on the latest motorcycle, covering much of the fuel tank, front fairing and raised tail section.
White graphics on the fairing and a white front mudguard provide contrast, while black tank inserts and side panels break up the red bodywork. Karizma lettering is visible on the tank, with prominent XMR graphics on the lower fairing.
Black alloy wheels, black mirrors and gold-finished upside-down forks complete the appearance. The motorcycle also retains its tall transparent windscreen, angular front lighting, fairing-mounted winglets and split-seat layout.
This makes it the third distinct colour scheme seen across the supplied sightings. The a predominantly white finish with red accents, while the July dealer bike wore black with red highlights. Whether all three combinations will form part of the India launch lineup remains to be announced.
Long Road From Debut To Launch
Karizma XMR 250 made its before appearing at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo in 2025. Hero subsequently showcased an updated version at EICMA 2025, introducing ride-by-wire and cruise control, as covered in our earlier report.
Karizma XMR 250 is expected to use the same 250cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine as the Xtreme 250R. Previously revealed specifications put output at 30 PS and 25 Nm, paired with a six-speed gearbox.
The package includes a trellis frame, USD front forks, a rear monoshock and disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS. Earlier reports also detailed a digital instrument console with connectivity and navigation support. Final India-spec equipment and variant details will become clearer at launch.
