The protesting said that the police opened fire on the crowd. He told the media, “Some time ago, the police fired bullets. I survived. A friend standing behind me is shot in the hand. The firing is still going on. The sound of bullets is also coming from inside the Parliament. A friend of mine was standing on the road. He is shot in his head. The police are shooting indiscriminate bullets while targeting the knees.”

Army deployed amid protests in Nepal
The government spokesperson has said that Nepali army has been deployed to maintain law and order in opposition areas of Kathmandu. The Nepali police used tear gas and rubber bullets to push the crowd of young protesters trying to enter Parliament House.
