Nepal Interim Government: After the fierce protests of Jane-Z on corruption in Nepal in recent times and ban on social media, the situation has gradually getting better.

Nepal Interim Government: After the recent Gen-Z movement in Nepal and the resignation of KP Sharma Oli’s government, the country is slowly moving towards peace and progress. The interim government led by Sushila Karki has taken over the functioning. President Ramchandra Paudel administered the oath to the new ministers on Monday.

Who became the minister and which department has?

Om Prakash Aryal – Home Minister, as well as the responsibility of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.

Rameshwar Khanal – Finance Minister was made.

Kulman Ghizing – The responsibility of the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Transport and Urban Development was given.

New Prime Minister Sushila Karki became the first woman Prime Minister of Nepal. Om Prakash Aryal, who became Home Minister, said that the main goal of the interim government is to conduct independent and fair elections on time. He also assured to conduct an inquiry into the violence and force experiment during the demonstrations.

National Mourning Day declared on 17 September

Nepal has declared National Mourning Day on Wednesday, 17 September in memory of those who lost their lives in recent Gen-G protests. On this day, the government offices will remain closed and the national flag will be half tilted. Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal said that 59 protesters, 10 prisoners and 3 policemen were killed during violent demonstrations. The government will provide financial assistance of Rs 15 lakh Nepali to the families of the deceased, in which compensation of Rs 10 lakh and Rs 5 lakh will be for other expenses.
