Bihar Election 2025: Before the Bihar assembly elections, the picture regarding seat sharing in the NDA is almost clear. According to sources, a consent has been reached between the BJP-JDU and a formal announcement can also be made soon.
According to the information received, JDU is expected to get 102 seats, BJP 101, Chirag Paswan’s LJP (Ram Vilas).
LJP (R) can get a Rajya Sabha seat
The formula has also been decided to give LJP a Rajya Sabha and an MLC seat in future. At the same time, Jitan Ram Manjhi’s Hum and Upendra Kushwaha’s RLM (RLM) can get 10-10 seats. However, due to the exchange of some seats, a number of minor reshuffle is possible.
Soon seat sharing will be finalized
Significantly, recently, Minister Santosh Suman had indicated that the seat sharing will be finalized within the next 10 days. He expressed confidence that all the parties involved in the coalition will be given respectable stake and no one would be angry. On the ongoing demand for Chirag Paswan’s seats, Suman also said that every colleague will get proper respect.
Here, while commenting on the Congress’s Patna meeting, Suman said that the Congress has now understood that by becoming a hanger, there cannot be success in politics. He said that if the Congress has got “goodwill” after thinking, then it is welcome.
JDU fielded 115 seats in 2020
Let us tell you that in the 2020 assembly elections, JDU fielded 115 seats in NDA and BJP 110 seats. At that time Manjhi’s we were given seven seats and VIP of Mukesh Sahni was given 11 seats.
