Nayanthara is set to take on one of the most physically demanding roles of her career in producer Dil Raju’s upcoming Hindi-Telugu bilingual starring Salman Khan and directed by Vamshi Paidipally.
Currently being shot in Hyderabad, the film will reportedly see both Salman and Nayanthara performing intense action sequences. Salman has been undergoing a rigorous fitness routine to prepare for the role, while Nayanthara is also training extensively for what insiders describe as a full fledged action avatar.
According to sources, the actress has 4-5 elaborate stunt sequences in the film, including a major face off with Salman Khan. The role is said to be far more than a conventional commercial heroine part, with Nayanthara performing complex choreographed action scenes unlike anything she has attempted before.
A source close to the project claims this is among the strongest female roles in a Salman Khan film in recent years, adding that both Salman and Nayanthara are positioned as equal action forces in what is reportedly Dil Raju’s costliest production to date.
