Training was conducted on digital productivity and AI integration for officers and employees at the initiative of the state government at Triple-IT in Nawa Raipur. This initiative will increase the speed, transparency and efficiency of administrative work.

A special training program on Digital Productivity Promotion and Artificial Intelligence (AI) intelligence (AI) intelligence (AI) intelligence (AI) intelligence (AI) intelligence (AI) intelligence (AI) intelligence (AI) intelligence (AI) intelligence (AI) was organized at the Triple-IIIT at Nawa Raipur. The program has been laid on the initiative of the state government to train the latest technologies and applications of IT and AI to officers and employees posted in the ministry. Its main objective is to increase the speed and efficiency of administrative functions.

The chief guest and event of the program

The chief guest of the training program was Mr. Avinash Champawat, Secretary, Department of General Administration. Mr. Rahul Bhagat, the Department of Good Governance and Convergence and Chief Minister, attended the special guests. The program was chaired by Dr. OP Vyas, Director, Triple-IT.

First day of training

On the first day, participants were taught in detail about the advanced features of MS Word, Google Docs, Excel and Google Sheets. Also, training in the use of data modeling was also imparted. The objective of this session was to bring faster and accuracy in their daily administrative functions by using modern techniques.

Secretary Mr. Avinash Champawat’s message

In his address, Mr. Avinash Champawat, Secretary, Department of General Administration, said that skill upgradation is a continuous process, which enhances both personality and work culture. He described AI-based training as a milestone in the capacity of employees and appealed to the participants to take full advantage of it.

Role of technology in civilian-centric rule

Mr. Rahul Bhagat, Secretary, Department of Good Governance and Convergence, said that technology has a big role in strengthening civil-centric governance. He said that AI tools contribute significantly in increasing government efficiency. Giving an example of the e-office system, he said that effective use of technology can make the government more transparent and accountable.

Triple-IT director’s idea

Triple-IT director Prof. Dr. OP Vyas said that we have to be aware and cautious to use AI in a smart way. He explained that AI’s practical use and continuous learning habit will make us more friendly. Emphasizing data security, he said that we should not give sensitive information to AI, so that it cannot be misused in the public domain.

Quality and duration of training

Pro. Of. Yes. Srinivas told- This training will be high quality and result oriented. In the first phase of this training, more than 100 officers and employees of general administration, home and other departments attended. This training is being conducted from 24 September to 25 October 2025.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai said-

To increase the speed and transparency of administrative functions, proper use of digital productivity and artificial intelligence is the biggest requirement of time today. AI tools and digital techniques will prove to be unprecedented help in making the administration-administration more accountable and efficient. Such training programs will bring qualitative improvement in the efficiency of officers and employees and provide a new strength to the civil-centric government. “
