The National Mountain Climbing Day is celebrated every year on 1 August. These days are equal to those courageous people who have the passion to touch the heights of the mountains. The day started with the US, when in 2005, two friends named Bobby Mathew and Joshua Madigan conquered Edirondac High Pix, one of the most difficult hills of New York. 1. Stoke Congress of Ladakh

2. Bandarpoon and Nanda Devi area of Uttarakhand
