Nandamuri Balakrishna has been advised by doctors to stay away from film shoots until October as he continues to recover from his recent knee surgery.
The actor underwent surgery at AIG Hospitals in Hyderabad after sustaining a knee injury during the shooting of “NBK111” in Andhra Pradesh. The procedure was successful, and Balakrishna is recovering well.
However, given his age and the nature of the surgery, doctors have reportedly recommended a cautious rehabilitation process rather than an early return to work.
According to sources, the medical team has advised him to avoid shooting for at least six to eight weeks. While Balakrishna is known for his energy and eagerness to resume work, doctors have emphasized that complete rehabilitation is essential before he returns to physically demanding schedules.
A recovery assessment is expected to take place in September after he completes the rehabilitation program. Only after further medical evaluation will he be cleared to resume filming.
As things stand, Balakrishna is unlikely to return to the sets of “NBK111” before October, resulting in a temporary pause in the film’s production.
