Backed by Mythri Movie Makers and presented by star director Prashanth Neel, the horror thriller 418 marks the directorial debut of Kirtan Nadagouda. Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar are producing the film.
Some doors are better left unopened, and the release trailer of 418 builds its narrative around this chilling idea.
The new trailer opens with Chaithra Achar expressing her desperate wish to become a mother at any cost. It then introduces the mystery surrounding Room No. 418, which has given rise to several rumours.
While some believe it is merely a storeroom, others claim that the hostel was locked because of this particular room. Considered a bad omen, the room holds a terrifying secret: anyone who enters it, especially a woman, has no way out.
Chaithra Achar’s terrifying portrayal is expected to be one of the film’s major highlights. Surya Raj, Charan Lakkaraju, Preethi Pagadala and Shashank Patil play other important roles.
Dinesh Divakar’s cinematography effectively establishes the film’s eerie atmosphere, while Venky GG’s background score heightens the tension and intensifies the sense of dread.
With its disturbing premise, supernatural elements and the chilling mystery surrounding Room No. 418, the trailer promises a gripping horror experience.
The nightmare is set to unfold on the big screen as the film gears up for its theatrical release on the 23rd of this month.
