Muslims replaced the saffron flag from the square (Chowk) in Hazaribagh (Jharkhand) with an Islamic flag

Hazaribagh (Jharkhand) – For many years, a saffron flag was being hoisted in the square of Beltu village in Hazaribagh District. A few days ago, Muslims removed the saffron flag and put up the Islamic flag there.

Due to this, Hindu organisations protested. Tension arose in the village then during the Muharram procession. On July 7, a temporary solution was found by putting up the tricolour flag in the square. In this matter, the Government prevented BJP MP Manish Jaiswal and Badkagaon MLA Roshanlal Chaudhary from going to Beltu village. Both were going to Beltu village to resolve the flag issue, but the police stopped them and kept them under house arrest. After about 5 hours, they were sent back to Hazaribagh.
