Rukhsar’s marriage was fixed on 27 November in Dhar district. The family was busy preparing for his wedding. But meanwhile the girl took a courageous step. She decides to leave the house before the appointed day to spend her life with her lover Vishal. After leaving Rukhsar Dhar, it directly reached Mahadevgarh temple located in Khandwa district. After reaching the temple, he told his entire story to Ashok Paliwal, the guardian of Mahadevgarh temple.

Expressed her love for Vishal and her desire to live with him as her life partner. Ashok Paliwal listened to both of them carefully and started the marriage process as per the rules and religious traditions of the temple. Before the marriage, Rukhsar’s religion was converted as per the rituals. With havan and religious rituals he was initiated into Sanatan Dharma. Amidst chanting of mantras, she was named Vanshika.

After this, the marriage ceremony was performed in the temple courtyard in the traditional manner. Both of them took seven rounds of the sacred fire and Vishal accepted Vanshika as his life partner by wearing Mangalsutra around her neck. Mahadevgarh Temple Committee specially conducted the marriage ceremony. The devotees present in the temple premises showered flowers and blessed the newly married couple.

After the marriage, Maha Aarti of Lord Mahadev was organized by the committee, in which the newly married couple also participated. A special effort was also made by the temple management after the marriage. Under the leadership of director Ashok Paliwal, the committee presented the Ramayana book to Vanshika and Vishal. While handing over the booklet, Paliwal said that marriage is not just a union of two individuals but a union of two souls. This ritual connects humanity above religion.
