The 10 -day Ganeshotsav started with Ganesh Chaturthi is all over the country. But the grandeur of this festival is being made in Maharashtra. For the smooth and safe event of the festival, the Brihanmumbai Public Ganeshotsav Coordination Committee has appealed to all the divisions to keep the event disciplined and keep away from any kind of politics. The committee has clarified that Ganeshotsav is only a festival of culture, tradition and devotion. In this direction, Mumbai Police has also made extensive security arrangements. About 17,600 soldiers will be stationed on the roads. Apart from this, horsemen, bomb disposal squads, drones and dog teams will also be part of the security system.
