Today another big day has been registered in the schemes being run for women in Madhya Pradesh. Dr. Mohan Yadav released the 35th installment of Ladli Brahmin Yojana on April 12 and transferred Rs 1836 crore to the accounts of more than 1.25 crore women. This amount was sent directly to the accounts of the beneficiaries during the ‘Women Empowerment Conference’ organized at Ashta in Sehore district. A large number of women and local people were present on this occasion.
During the program, Dr. Mohan Yadav also inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of development works worth Rs 184 crore.

Before this, the Chief Minister conducted a road show and interacted with school girls. This inspired them to move forward.
In his address, the Chief Minister said that today is like Rakshabandhan for 1.25 crore sisters. He described it as “new time and new history”. He said that under the leadership of Narendra Modi, big decisions are being taken for women in the country and in the coming times, women’s participation in politics will also increase.
During the program, the Chief Minister also made a statement regarding ‘Vande Mataram’. He said that it is a tribute to Mother India and it should not be viewed from the perspective of any religion. During this, he targeted Congress and said that there should not be politics on this issue.
The Chief Minister said that the state government is continuously working to make women economically and socially strong.
- More than 5 lakh self-help groups active
- More than 65 lakh women joined
- More than 12 lakh became ‘Lakhpati Didi’
Apart from this, students Facilities like bicycles, laptops and scooters are also being provided.
Many new announcements were also made in the program, which include:
- New ITI college in Ashta
- Girls hostel construction
- Nalla and barrage construction
- Urban beautification in Jawar
- Geeta Bhawan construction
These projects will give new impetus to the development of the area. It is expected.
The objective of Ladli Brahmin Yojana is to make women financially strong. Lakhs of families are directly benefiting from this assistance received every month.
