Madhya Pradesh Hostel Facility Scheme 2025: There is good news for SC (Scheduled Castes) students of Madhya Pradesh studying in universities and colleges of Delhi. The Scheduled Caste Welfare Department of the State Government has launched a special scheme, under which students studying in Delhi metropolitan region will get hostel facilities and financial support every month. The aim of this scheme is that the children studying in another state do not have to worry about living and eating and they can study and study.
What facilities will be available in Madhya Pradesh Hostel Scheme?
Under this scholarship scheme, students will be directly given financial assistance to the bank account. This includes-
- Hostel Fare: Rs 1,000 per month
- Scholarship: Rs 500 per month
- Water and electricity expenditure: Rs 100 per month
- One Time Admission Grant: Rs 2,000 (while taking admission for the first time)
Who can apply for Madhya Pradesh Hostel Scheme?
- Students should be a native of Madhya Pradesh.
- He is studying undergraduate (first year) or above in a government or recognized college or university in Delhi.
- The student should be related to the Scheduled Castes (SC) category.
How to apply for MP Hostel Scheme?
- The benefit of this scheme will be available through offline application i.e. the application will have to be made offline.
- After taking admission, students will have to fill the application form-A and send it through their college or institute.
- The application will be sent to Residential Commissioner, Madhya Pradesh Bhavan, New Delhi.
- Its copy also goes to Special Commissioner, Madhya Pradesh and Principal Secretary, Scheduled Caste Welfare Department, Bhopal.

What documents will be needed?
For MP Hostel Scheme, students will have to attach some necessary documents along with the application-
- Passport Size Photo
- Aadhar card
- Residence certificate of Madhya Pradesh
- Caste certificate
- Overall id
- Marksheet of previous grade
- Certificate related to college or university admission
- Bank passbook or account details
- Evidence of minimum 60 percent marks in UG or PG degrees (where applied)
- Other documents if needed
The aim of this scheme of the Madhya Pradesh government is that SC students studying in another state should not only get hostel facilities, but also reduce their financial problems. Studying in Delhi through this government scheme will be easier for SC students of Madhya Pradesh.
