Actually, Hemant Rai had reached Bhadbhada Dam on Scooty between 9 to 10 pm on Thursday night. Where he side-stepped the scooter and jumped into the water below the dam. After seeing the WhatsApp status, people immediately informed the police and after this the family and police reached the spot. Police have identified the deceased as Hemant Rai, a resident of Neelbad of Ratibad police station area. Who lived with his family. After this incident, there is mourning in the young man’s family, everyone is crying and in bad condition. He says that he was preparing for his son’s marriage. Girls were being watched for him. But this incident has shocked me.
The young man also used to do video photography work.
