The speculation sparked after eagle-eyed netizens noticed that Mouni and her husband Suraj Nambiar have unfollowed each other on Instagram, hinting at possible separation. Now, the actress has finally reacted to the ongoing rumour.

Taking to Instagram Stories, Mouni Roy made a humble request to the media houses. She wrote, “Humbly requesting all the media houses not to publish false narratives and give us space and privacy. Please.”
The rumours over her possible separation from Suraj Nambiar were ignited even more after Suraj appeared to have deleted his account, while Mouni deleted some of her wedding pictures from her Instagram profile. Adding more fuel to the speculations, fans noticed that Mouni’s best friend Disha Patani has also unfollowed Suraj on Instagram.

After tying the knot in a fairytale destination wedding, Mouni and Suraj shared their wedding pictures on their respective Instagram handle. She wrote in the caption, “I found him at last.. Hand in hand, blessed by family and friends, we’re married! Need your love and blessings. Love, Suraj and Mouni.”
