Rani Kapur, the mother of the group’s chairman Sanjay Kapur, has described the death of her son as an international conspiracy and well -known murder in a letter to the British Authorities.
‘Not death, conspiracy’: Rani Kapoor claims
Rani Kapoor, the mother of late Sanjay, wrote that she has reliable and related evidence that indicates that Sanjay Kapoor’s death may be not due to any accident or natural cause but may be the result of murder, conspiracy, fraud and forgery. He alleged that this is a coordinated transnational conspiracy, which may include the United Kingdom (UK), India and possibly Americans and institutions. Rani Kapoor has appealed to the British police to immediately start a criminal investigation in the case.
Priya Sachdev’s direct gesture?
Rani Kapoor’s allegations gesture directly to Priya Sachdev Kapoor, who is Sanjay Kapoor’s third wife. He claimed that after the death of Sanjay Kapoor, several suspected documents have come to light in the transfer of property and some people conspired for financial benefits.

The company Sona BLW Precision Forgings LTD immediately retaliated and said in a report lodged in the stock exchange that Rani Kapoor is not any type of shareholder since 2019. According to the 2019 “Declaration of Significant Beneficial Ownership”, Sanjay Kapoor was the only beneficiary. The company also said that the claim of forcibly signing the documents by Rani Kapoor is factless as no documents were taken after Sanjay Kapoor’s death.
Cease and desist notice, but Priya has not broken silence yet
Last week, Sona Comstar sent a ‘CEASE and Desist’ notice to Rani Kapoor, saying that her allegations are tarnishing the image of the company. However, no public statement has come from Priya Sachdev Kapoor in this whole matter so far.
