If needed, use a double cover, so that moisture does not go inside at all.
Put these things to store rice
Keeping 2-3 dried bay leaves, 4-5 neem leaves or 1-2 garlic buds in rice or lentils. Their sharp smell keeps the insects away. The special thing is that these things do not lack the quality or taste of rice. Rather, this is the best way to store rice for a long time.

Keep the dough in this way
Flour often applies insects quickly, as it absorbs moisture quickly. To avoid this, you can keep 4-5 cloves or a piece of cinnamon in the flour box. Both these spices work to absorb moisture and prevent odor. Due to this, the freshness of the flour remains and its taste does not deteriorate.
Show sunlight from time to time
Sometimes when light sunlight comes out in the midst of rain, take advantage of it. Spread rice, flour, lentils etc. in a large plate for 1-2 hours and keep it in light sunlight. Store in cold and dry place
If you have stored a ration of more than a month, do not keep it in the kitchen. The kitchen has high heat and steam, which increases moisture.
