Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju’s Bethlehem Kudumba Unit (BKU) has finally locked its digital streaming date on JioHotstar. The well-crafted rom-com, directed by Girish AD, emerged as an all-time Kerala grosser and became the first film to collect Rs. 150 crore in the state.
The fastest Malayalam Rs. 300 crore grosser is now all set to make its OTT debut on JioHotstar on October 2, 2026. The movie will be available in multiple languages, including Telugu.
Even today, the film is registering decent footfalls in theatres, further highlighting its success at the box office. With the OTT release date now revealed, the film’s digital performance will be closely watched.
Sangeeth Prathap, Vinay Forrt, Suresh Krishna, Bindu Panicker, Srinda, Roshan Shanavas and Meenakshy Raveendran play supporting roles. Produced by Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan and Syam Pushkaran under Bhavana Studios, the film has music by Vishnu Vijay, cinematography by Ajmal Sabu and editing by Akash Joseph Varghese.
