• The PM said- A new chapter of India’s strength is being written in the power sector from the land of Rajasthan today. Today, more than 90 thousand crore projects have been started in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra.
• This shows that today the country is moving beyond the speed of electricity, and every part of the country is involved in this pace. Every state is being given priority.
• In 2014, our government resolved to change these conditions and we gave electricity to every village of the country.
• We gave free electricity connection to 2.5 crore houses, and wherever the wires reached, electricity also reached. This made people’s lives easier and new industries were also established.

PM Modi’s strong attack on Congress

• The Congress government did not pay attention to the importance of electricity. When you gave me the opportunity to serve in 2014 and when I took the responsibility, there were 2.5 crore houses in India where there was no electricity connection.
• Even after 70 years of independence, electric poles were not installed in 18,000 villages of the country.
• There used to be power cuts in big cities of the country for hours, and it was considered a big thing in the villages, 4-5 hours of electricity.
• Rajasthan had become the center of paper leaks in the Congress government, the water life mission was also given by the Congress to corruption, the atrocities on women were at its peak, and the rapists were being protected.
• In the Congress government, crime and illegal liquor business flourished in places like Banswara, Dungarpur, Pratapgarh.
• 11 years ago, how bad the situation was during the Congress, because the Congress government was engaged in exploiting the countrymen. The Congress government was robbing the people of the country. Both tax and inflation were on the sky during the Congress time. When you blessed Modi, we stopped the loot of Congress.

PM told the benefits of Next Gen GST

• When you gave the BJP a chance, we strengthened law and order and accelerated development projects. Today the BJP government is pushing Rajasthan on the path of rapid development.
• In the 21st century, the country which has to develop rapidly, will have to increase power generation here. The most successful countries will be the only countries which will be ahead in clean energy. Therefore, our government is carrying forward clean energy campaign by making a mass movement.
• In 2017, we implemented GST and liberated the country from tax and toll. Right now #Nextgengst has been improved from the first day of Navratri, as a result of which today the whole of India is celebrating #Gstbachatutsav. All things of use have now become cheaper.

PM gave indigenous mantra to the people of Rajasthan

• We have another goal – self -sufficient India. We do not depend on anyone else, it is very important.
• Its path goes with the mantra of Swadeshi, and so we should never forget the mantra of Swadeshi.
• I will urge all of you, especially the shopkeepers of the country, that what we sell should be indigenous. I will also urge the countrymen that what we buy should also be indigenous.
