The statement of the Joint Secretary of the Petroleum Ministry has come amid reports of alleged shortage of LPG in many parts of the country. The Joint Secretary appealed to the people not to believe the rumors being spread regarding LPG supply. He clarified that there is adequate availability of gas in the country and the supply chain is functioning normally.
