Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma’s troubles are not being named. Actually, some time ago his Canadian cafe was attacked. Along with this, he was also threatened. At the same time, while addressing the party of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), Amay Khopkar has also warned Kapil. In such a situation, let us know what the whole matter is.
Who threatened Kapil Sharma?
According to ANI, Khopkar said, ‘The name of this city is Mumbai. In Kapil’s show, we have been watching for a long time that this city is always called Bombay or Bombay. We oppose it. By doing this, we are not expressing any objection, but anger. The name of this city is Mumbai. If you can call other cities like Chennai, Bangalore and Kolkata with their real names, then why are we insulting our city? ‘ Talking about Kapil’s association with the city, Khopkar said, ‘Kapil has been working in Mumbai for so many years, Mumbai has been your work place. People of Mumbai like you and watch your show. Mumbai is in our hearts, do not insult this city, do not insult the people of Mumbai. I am warning Kapil Sharma.

Khopkar further said, ‘I request you to rectify the mistake if this is done by mistake. Whoever comes on your show, whether it is celebrity or anchor, first tell them that they should not call Mumbai as Bombay or Bombay. If this does not, the MNS will start a strong movement. We have been agitating on this issue for the last several years. You have to say Mumbai and who will not call it Mumbai, they will have to face our anger.
