Mithun manhas set to become new bcci president: Former Delhi captain Mithun Manhas can be the new President of BCCI, the name of this cricketer, born in Jammu and Kashmir, is running at the top of BCCI’s boss. The name of former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh was discussed about becoming the president of BCCI. But, now Mithun Manhas is almost certain to sit on that post. On the post of BCCI President, Mithun Manhas will replace Roger Binny, who has to step down due to the age limit of 70 years. Sourav Ganguly was the President of BCCI before Roger Binny. That is, Mithun Manhas will be the third cricketer to command BCCI.

If Mithun Manhas becomes the BCCI president, then this will be the first time that an unkapted cricketer will be on that chair. Meaning, Mithun Manhas will be the first cricketer to become BCCI’s boss even after playing international cricket. However, he has played 157 First Class Cricket, 130 List A Match and 91 T20 matches. Mithun Manhas has about 15000 runs in domestic cricket, including all these formats.
