You will need these things
- ¼ cup grated jaggery
- 2-3 teaspoon tea leaves powder
- 2 cups milk
- 6-8 green cardamoms
- 8-10 black peppers
- 1 teaspoon fennel and
- 1 inch piece of ginger
How to make jaggery tea without bursting?
- For this, first of all keep 2 cups of milk in a pan on the gas to heat.
- Then, grind 6-8 green cardamoms, 8-10 black peppers and 1 teaspoon fennel together and make a powder.
- When the milk comes to a boil, add grated ginger to it and then let it boil a little.
- After this add tea leaves in milk.
- After some time, add prepared cardamom, black pepper and fennel powder in the pan.
- Let the tea boil thoroughly.
- When it comes to another boil, add grated jaggery to it and stir.
- After adding jaggery, you have to bring the tea to a boil and after doing this, your tea with jaggery will be ready without curdling.
