In a bizarre incident, miscreants demolished a shop by using JCB machine when the shop owner was sleeping inside the cabin yesterday night.
The incident took place in the Madaranga Bazar of Gop in Konark area in Puri district of Odisha.
As per reports, the neighbours of the shopkeeper allegedly used a JCB machine and demolished the shop late at night yesterday in the Madaranga Bazar. Strangely, then the shopkeeper was sleeping inside. As he heard loud sound of the demolition, he awoke and narrowly escaped from getting hurt. He could have died after getting crushed under the debris. However, fortunately he managed to save himself.
After getting information Police personnel from Gop Police Station reached the spot and initiated investigation. However, the accused persons scuffled with Police as the cops stopped them from demolishing the shop.
