Mirai Trailer Reactions: Fans Say ‘It Has Surpassed Our Expectations’, Hail The VFX In Teja Sajja’s Film

The much-anticipated Mirai trailer dropped on August 28, Thursday, and it’s is taking over social media. The trailer sets the stage for the film’s pan-Indian release on September 12 with prominent banners backing the film’s distribution across different states.

 

Directed by Karthik Ghattamaneni, the film sees Manchu Manoj as the antagonist, while Shriya Saran, Ritika Nayak and Jagapathi Babu appear in prominent roles.

Mirai’s trailer starts off with Teja Sajja’s character introduced with a “nothing is your own” philosophy. This then setting the tone for the story of an underdog. But will he win against, Manchu Manoj’s menacing Black Sword? Who will find the nine holy books that’ll make one invincible. That forms the plot.

As soon as the trailer went live, fans took to the comments section to heap praise. One fan posted “MIRAI….QUALITY PEAKS ; Cinematography+VFX+CGI…Total Vibe Undi.” A user said that the film will win Teja 500 crores at the box office “2:08 goosebumps background score , rasipettukondi 500 crores loading for teja.”

A netizen said “Visual grandeur, powerful lines & music that hits right at the heart #MIRAI trailer promises a cinematic spectacle on the big screen!.”

Mirai has music by Gowra Hari, who also composed for Teja’s HanuMan, editing by Sreekar Prasad and production design by Nagendra Tangalla. Backed by TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad production of People Media Factory, the film is set to release in both 2D and 3D formats across eight languages.
