It also references materials presented during a recent court hearing connected to ADOR’s damages lawsuit. According to the report published by Dispatch, the allegations are based on conversations involving Min Hee-Jin and her associates, along with materials disclosed during the third hearing of ADOR’s damages lawsuit held on July 2. The outlet claimed that Min allegedly participated in planning several of NewJeans’ independent activities, including the group’s appearance at ComplexCon Hong Kong and profile photo shoots. It further alleged that she stressed the importance of maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the preparations and that the expenses for those activities were covered using funds raised by the members’ parents.
The report also alleged that Min explored potential contact and contractual arrangements with a company backed by Chinese capital and claimed she attempted to facilitate a dual-contract arrangement.
