Why do Eid-e Milad celebrate those prophets?

How is this day celebrated in the world?
India, Pakistan, Bangladesh:- Mosques and streets are decorated with lights, processions are taken out and reads are read in the pride of the prophet.
Egypt, Syria, Türkiye:- There is a custom to make sweets and pudding in these places, which is called ‘Halwa-e-Milad’.
Indonesia and Malaysia:- People here keep a special Majlis of Milad, in which the prophet’s seam is heard.
Europe and the United States:- The Muslims here make mosques in mosques.
In which fisters are it celebrated and not in which?
Sunni (Barelvi, Sufi Symbi):– Milad celebrates those prophets with great hobbies and akidat. Mosques, houses and dargahs have gathering.
Shia Muslims:- Celebrates this day as a celebration and in memory of the prophet.
Deobandi and Salafi (Wahabi):- People of these fisters usually do not celebrate Milad. He says that Sahaba of the era of Prophet Muhammad did not do this, so it is a matter of fact.
Saudi Arabia:- Mecca and Medina have special gathering. However, Eid-e Milad in Saudi Arabia is not celebrated by those prophet.
12 What should Rabi-ul-Awaal be read?
Milad has not been made any special duty or reasonable prayer on those prophet, but you can read two-two Rakat Nafl Namaz. After every Namaz, pray to Allah, give up and do it. On this night, apologize to Allah for your sins and intend to follow the noble path.
