Itiya Dube, a London-based marketing professional of Indian and Irish-Scottish heritage, has won the Miss Universe Switzerland 2026 title. Dube emerged as the winner at the national coronation gala held at the Kursaal Arena in Bern on Saturday, September 26, succeeding outgoing titleholder Naima Acosta.
Representing Geneva, Dube competed against finalists from across the country. With this victory, she will represent Switzerland at the 75th Miss Universe competition, the milestone Diamond Anniversary edition, scheduled to take place in Puerto Rico this November.
Born in Geneva, Dube grew up between Switzerland and Singapore. She completed her early schooling at the Collège du Léman in Geneva before attending the Canadian International School in Singapore, where she earned her International Baccalaureate diploma. She is fluent in four languages: English, French, Italian, and Hindi.
She subsequently moved to the United Kingdom for higher education, completing a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies and French at the University of Kent, alongside coursework in Real Estate Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In 2022, she graduated with a Master of Science in International Marketing from King’s Business School at King’s College London.
Alongside her pageantry, Dube built a career in brand strategy, digital communications, and retail marketing across London, Singapore, and New York. Her corporate background includes roles with Mayfair-based luxury labels Varana and Almora Botanica, as well as digital marketing positions with tech and retail platforms Smartech and tm:rw. In addition to her professional work, she has fundraised for the Children’s Cancer Association in Geneva and advocated for youth mental health initiatives.
