make mawa barfi
If you have leftover mawa, the easiest and tastiest option is mawa barfi. For this, lightly fry the mawa in a pan, then add sugar and a little cardamom powder to it as per taste. When the mixture becomes thick and uniform, spread it in a greased plate and add dry fruits on top. When it cools down, cut it into desired shapes and add pistachios and serve.
Making Mawa Laddus is also easy
Laddus can also be made instantly from mawa. Take lightly roasted mawa, add powdered sugar, chopped nuts and a little ghee to it. If you want, you can also add coconut shavings. Mix the mixture well and make small laddus. It tastes amazing and is very easy to make.
Try Mawa Paratha
If you want to try something different with sweets, you can make Mawa Paratha. Mix some sugar powder and cardamom in mawa, fill it in the dough ball and roll it gently. Apply ghee on the pan and cook till it turns golden. It tastes delicious with breakfast or evening tea.
