Maruti Suzuki will launch eVitara electric SUV and Brezza facelift in 2026. eVitara may arrive in January with a range of up to 523 km. The new Brezza will arrive by mid-2026 with minor changes.

Maruti Suzuki in 2026 Preparing to launch more than one vehicle. Two of these are ready to hit showrooms soon. These vehicles are eVitara electric SUV and Brezza facelift. The official launch date of these two models has not been revealed yet. However, the Maruti eVitara may go on sale in January, while the 2026 Maruti Brezza may arrive by mid-2026. Let’s take a look at these two upcoming cars of Maruti Suzuki.

Maruti eVitara

The eVitara will come in two battery pack options: 144bhp, 49kWh and 174bhp, 61kWh. Both the batteries come with FWD (front-wheel drive) system and deliver maximum torque of 189Nm. For the variant with the 61kWh battery pack, Maruti Suzuki claims that this electric SUV will deliver a driving range of 523 kilometers on a single charge, as claimed by ARAI. This SUV will be available in three trims, Delta, Zeta and Alpha.

In terms of features, Maruti eVitara will be one of the best models of the brand. It will have many features like 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, 10.25-inch digital driver display, wireless charging pad, Infinity Sound System, 10-way powered driver seat, ambient lighting, connected car tech and front ventilated seats. It will also be the second Maruti Suzuki model to receive a 5-star crash test safety rating from India NCAP.

2026 Maruti Brezza facelift

Maruti Suzuki’s best-selling SUV, Brezza, is going to get a major update this year. The facelifted model is already in the testing phase and is expected to get minor design changes and feature upgrades. The spy images reveal that the new 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift will get slimmer headlamps and newly designed four-spoke blacked-out alloy wheels. Changes can also be made in the front and rear bumpers. Additionally, the updated version is expected to have an LED light strip at the back, which will give it a more modern look.

New upholstery, trims and some extra features can be found in the interior of the new Brezza. Advanced safety features can also be provided in its top variants. Talking about the engine, the SUV will retain the existing 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine (103bhp/137Nm), which will come with 5-speed manual and 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. CNG option will also continue to be available as before.
