MapmyIndia Mappls, Zoho join hands to boost location intelligence in CRM

New Delhi: Digital mapping firm MapmyIndia Mappls has partnered with technology company Zoho to incorporate its mapping and geospatial application into Zoho CRM. The partnership also brings Address Capture and Nearby Lead Finder into the ecosystem of Zoho, allowing companies to make smarter, location-based decisions. The companies claimed that the integration will assist the users to capture verified addresses, visualise the distribution of customers, and optimise the route of travel of field teams.

According to Zoho CEO Mani Vembu, the move is a combination of business intelligence and spatial insights to provide the on-ground teams with clarity. This type of integration allows Zoho CRM users to find potential leads in the area of existing customers and simplify the sales planning process with the help of indigenous mapping intelligence.

Advanced mapping tools for smarter sales

The solutions offered by MapmyIndia will ensure businesses minimise the chances of errors during address and enhance the quality of customer data. Efficient route optimisation can also be used to help sales teams determine the high-potential neighbourhoods and minimise the amount of time spent travelling.

WazirX unveils zero-fee trading model

WazirX, a cryptocurrency exchange, also introduced WazirX Zero, a trading model that is a subscription-based model, on the same day. Users now have access to an unlimited trading amount at a set fee of Rs 99/month as opposed to paying per-trade fees. The company asserted that the model is meant to eliminate the financial friction that traders usually encounter as a result of the accruing transaction fees.

According to WazirX, the new model will be the default on its platform. In the exchange, the move reduces barriers to entry and volume pressure and brings about a more user-friendly trading environment.
