Actually, on Friday, July 4 was the birthday of Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri. A large number of devotees from Uttar Pradesh reached Bageshwara Dham from Uttar Pradesh. All the devotees gathered in the morning to meet Dhirendra Krishna Shastri. At the same time it started raining. Everyone stood under the pandal to avoid the rain. Due to rain, the pandal was flooded, causing the pandal to fall down suddenly. Due to which the devotees standing below were injured. In the incident, one person Shyamlal Kaushal died on the spot, while 12 others were injured.
