A 45-year-old man killed his wife and two sons in Chennai. He committed suicide after doing so due to huge debts. Police have found a suicide note in which debt is mentioned.
Chennai: A 45-year-old man committed suicide by slitting his throat after killing his 35-year-old wife and two sons aged 14 and 11. Police say that preliminary investigation has revealed that due to inability to repay the huge loan, he committed suicide by killing his entire family. Police also said that they have found a suicide note in which debt is mentioned.
A police officer said that the bodies of the wife and children were found with their faces covered with plastic covers. Police said there were no signs of any struggle on the bodies and they had been sent for postmortem. This family, hailing from Salem, lived in Chennai. Police say that they had come to live in this house in Injambakkam only three months ago.
