This painful incident took place in Kapsaad village of Meerut. On Thursday morning, around 50-year-old Sunita Devi was going to the fields with her 20-year-old daughter. Then Paras Rajput and Sunil Kumar of the same village reached there near the canal bridge along with some of their unknown companions. It is alleged that he tried to forcibly take the girl.

Mother became a shield to save her daughter, she was attacked on her head

When Sunita Devi resisted the accused and tried to save her daughter, the attackers abused her and attacked her on the head with a sharp weapon. Seriously injured Sunita collapsed on the spot, while the accused fled after kidnapping the girl.

Died in hospital, mourning in village

Hearing the sound of the incident, nearby people reached the spot and informed the police. Sunita Devi was immediately admitted to a nearby private hospital, where she died during treatment. Case registered for murder and kidnapping, accused absconding

Meerut SSP Vipin Tada said that a case of murder and kidnapping has been registered in the case. Five police teams have been formed to search for the girl and arrest the accused. The main accused Paras Rajput, who worked as an assistant to a local doctor, is absconding along with his associates. Police say that the accused will be arrested soon.
