Cut the radish and its leaves and keep them aside. Now add oil in a pan. Now add mustard and asafoetida in it. You can also add onion and garlic along with it. Now let the onion turn light brown. Now add turmeric powder, black pepper powder and coriander powder to it. Keep the gas flame low. After this add salt and white part of chopped radish. If you want, you can sprinkle some water. Now cover it and let it cook for a few minutes.

When the radish is half cooked, add radish leaves in it. Add one or two tablespoons of water, cover it and let it cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes. When the leaves become soft, sprinkle 1 spoon gram flour on them. Mix it and keep it covered. Let the gram flour cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Delicious radish leaf curry is ready.

Now pour oil in a pan, add onion, garlic, green chilli and ginger and fry. When the color of the onion becomes golden, then add tomato in it and fry it well. Now keep it to cool.

Put it in a blender along with chopped radish leaves and make a soft paste. Put this paste in the pan and let it cook lightly. Now add salt, garam masala and roasted cumin powder in it. Mix it well. Cook the greens for about 5 minutes. Now as soon as the smell of raw green starts coming out, add milk and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Turn off the gas and add desi ghee or butter and mix it.
