Bengaluru Marital Dispute: A 37-year-old man in Bengaluru has made serious allegations against his wife Shilpa. The man claims that his wife repeatedly sexually assaulted him, sent obscene videos and pressured him to repeat similar acts. Apart from this, she also accused her husband of forcing her to have an intimate relationship with her friend and sharing details of her personal life with others.

The complaint states that after marriage, both of them started living in a villa in Jakkur. The husband alleged that the wife and her family together threw him out of the house. Her in-laws also interfered and disrupted the marriage and made her life difficult. The complainant has also made allegations against his in-laws. Her mother-in-law Asha allegedly prevented him from entering the house and instigated her to leave her daughter so that a better match could be found. His father-in-law Madhav Krishna is also accused of threatening him and sending people to his house. This constant interference was the main cause of tension in their married life.
Financial and personal property matters
The complainant says that while being evicted from the house, he was allowed to take only a limited number of belongings, while cash worth Rs 1.87 lakh, gold and silver jewelery and passports, educational documents and wedding souvenirs were left in the villa. The husband claimed that the wedding photos and videos saved on his laptop were also deleted. The husband had also given his wife silver plates and lamps, which were received as wedding gifts, but now he does not have them all.

The husband claims that his wife was dissatisfied with her financial condition and lifestyle. She reportedly spent time with ‘rich friends’, partied and drank alcohol. Due to this the husband had to face mental pain and financial insecurity.

The complainant says that the wife repeatedly sexually harassed him, sent obscene videos and forced him to do the same thing again. Additionally, she also admitted to having an affair with an old boyfriend outside marriage. The husband also said that his wife forced him to have intimate relations with one of her friends. Additionally, the wife also admitted to having an affair outside marriage with her old boyfriend.
Police action and legal twist
Bengaluru Police has registered a case based on the complaint and started investigation. The accused wife has also made serious allegations against her husband and it is being said that a separate FIR has been registered in this case in Tamil Nadu also. It is believed that a case is already going on in the court between both the parties.
