For this you will need some seeds like flax seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin melon, watermelon seeds, peanuts, roasted gram. Mix pistachio, almond, cashew and walnut powder in it. In this, roast the flax seeds and the seeds which need to be roasted a little. Take all these in equal quantity. Grind it in a mixer and make a powder and mix everything together. This natural multivitamin powder can help in fulfilling the deficiency of nutrients in the body naturally.

Sprouts Moong Dal
Mix 1 or 2 spoons in milk and drink it every morning. Apart from this, you can boil ginger or turmeric water and mix this powder in it. You can add moring seeds in it.
